At Kushals Retail Pvt Ltd, I led a nine-member mobile engineering team and architected the migration from legacy code to a modular React Native architecture. The work cut app load time by 40% and improved responsiveness across iOS and Android.

I also spearheaded core e-commerce features, including product discovery, checkout, and order tracking. Stability and UX improvements raised the app rating from 3.9 to 4.2 stars, and I was recognized for Outstanding Leadership.

At Metricsnumero, ANTS Global Systems Pvt Ltd, I developed cross-platform React Native features and led a team of four in moving a web application to a mobile-friendly view. I also reduced Android app size by nearly half and deployed the Goalster Enterprise app on the Play Store and App Store.

At Metricsnumero, I led a GenAI solution using Azure OpenAI, RAG, and document intelligence to summarize land-deal documents and automate internal documentation. Earlier, I developed Android apps at Itreat Advertising LLC and enterprise Java applications at Zafin Software Centre of Excellence.
