At Velocis Systems Pvt Ltd, I configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers and switches across LAN/WAN environments, supporting operations across 12 sites in India and the Philippines. I work with OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP, and monitor network performance using SolarWinds and Wireshark.
I also maintain enterprise wireless infrastructure and handle day-to-day Cisco ISE operations. In my ITIL-based work, I manage incidents, problems, and changes, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with ISPs on leased lines, MPLS, and DIA circuits.
