I’m an SAP BASIS consultant who managed and supported SAP landscapes—including SAP HANA, Oracle, IXOS, and PLM environments—to ensure availability, performance, and operational stability.

I handle SAP installations, upgrades, patching, kernel updates, system refreshes, and transport management (CHARM/STMS). I also drive health checks, monitoring, performance tuning, backup validations, and production support for enterprise SAP systems.

On the service side, I resolve P1–P4 incidents and Service Requests through ServiceNow using troubleshooting and root-cause analysis while maintaining SLA compliance. I’ve also built automation scripts and SharePoint-based documentation to improve monitoring and operational efficiency.

Before/alongside this, I worked as a Tier 1/2 IT Support Technician supporting Windows and macOS users, including Active Directory provisioning, imaging/deployment with SCCM/MECM, and troubleshooting VPN, Wi‑Fi/LAN, Microsoft 365, and authentication issues. I further enjoy applying data and AI skills through projects like scam fraud detection (80% classification accuracy) and a ClinicalBERT-based clinical report similarity finder.
