What I'm looking for

I’m aiming to grow in People & Culture roles, building on my experience across HR operations and the employee lifecycle.

At Qapita, I manage onboarding and offboarding, employee documentation, HRMS records, and probation and confirmation workflows. I was promoted from HR Trainee to Consultant – HR in September 2026.

I analyse attendance data using Excel formulas, Pivot Tables, and charts to prepare HR reports. I also support employee engagement initiatives and contributed HR compliance research to Qapita’s Labour Codes AI Assistant, including work on source-grounded answers and state-specific applicability.

At Design Consultants Architects (DCA), I managed recruitment across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and Internshala, and supported onboarding, orientations, and training. My M.A. in Psychology and PGDM in Human Resource Management inform my interest in practical, employee-focused people processes.
