What I'm looking for

I’m interested in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Organizational Development, and want to contribute to projects that improve the employee experience and support organizational growth.

At Colgate-Palmolive, I coordinated onboarding and document management for new employees and interns, and managed training matrices and staff development monitoring.

I supported day-to-day Human Resources processes with leaders from different departments, managed timekeeping records in KRONOS, and collaborated with global teams in English.

I also supported recruitment and selection, including coordinating interviews and following up with candidates.
