What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can assess credit responsibly, build long-term customer trust, and deliver excellent service through compliance, clear communication, and continuous learning in a supportive team environment.

I am intelligent, decisive, conscientious, and very hard working, with a strong drive to learn quickly and adapt to new environments. I bring very good human relations skills, and I’m keen, patient, and understanding—especially when working directly with people.

As a Business Relationship Officer (Loan Officer) at Adehyeman Savings and Loan Limited (2018–present), I support the Business Relationship Manager in developing client relationships and structuring products and services for customers. I manage and control a portfolio of business accounts to ensure quality customer service delivery, resolve complaints effectively, and evaluate credit worthiness by interviewing applicants and processing loan applications and documents while adhering to lending compliance guidelines.

I’ve also strengthened my research and communication capabilities as a Research Assistant at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2017), where I collected data and input it into an appropriate internet application for processing. Earlier roles, including Subject Teacher and Class Teacher (2016–2017, 2011–2012) and a Call Centre and Sales Representative role (2014–2016), sharpened my ability to teach, counsel, maintain accurate records, and build long-term trusting relationships.
