At Rutgers University School of Nursing, I lead enterprise infrastructure, integration, academic pedagogy, and digital modernization across a complex multi-school ecosystem.

I’ve deployed high-density wireless and Active Learning technologies across eight professional schools, built IT and data governance frameworks, and designed disaster recovery plans protecting sensitive health and student records.

Previously, I unified technology services and instructional design at Rutgers, sustained 99.9% uptime for mission-critical systems, and reduced average resolution latency by 30%. At the University of Pennsylvania, I directed IT operations supporting 1,000+ stakeholders across 12 facilities and managed a 25-server backbone.

I bring a security-by-design, fiscally disciplined approach to cloud-first modernization, vendor strategy, service delivery, and high-performance team development. I also teach and develop curricula in computer information sciences, management, and educational leadership.
