I'm currently managing complex IT infrastructure at The Cardiovascular Center of Florida for more than 500 users, maintaining 99.9% uptime and providing 24/7 support for critical systems.
I lead two junior administrators, maintain a hybrid cloud environment, automate operations with PowerShell and Bash, and execute disaster recovery, security audit, and vulnerability assessment practices.
Previously, I led IT operations for the Sixth District Court of Appeals and supported systems administration, Active Directory, Exchange, desktop security, and campus technology at Andrews University. I've also taught and mentored computer science students at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and Southwestern Michigan College.
