I manage end-to-end HR operations at Vijai Marine Services Private Limited, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance reviews, workforce planning, grievances, and HR documentation.

Previously, I supported international ACCA customers at Mihir Infinite Pvt. Ltd. through webchat and email, resolving qualification, examination, membership, and technical platform queries. My webchat service was recognised with a Certificate of Appreciation.

My experience also includes office administration at Casa Lounge and Toffee Al Meshaal in Kuwait, where I handled front-desk operations, facilities, procurement, vendor coordination, reservations, and records.
