What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry-level electrical engineering role where I can apply power systems, Arduino simulation, and protection concepts (IDMT/transformer testing). I want a team that supports learning, practical experimentation, and work that contributes to renewable and sustainable solutions.

I’m a final-year electrical engineering student at Cape Peninsula University of Technology, driven by practical problem-solving and strong theoretical foundations. I balance curiosity with discipline, using research and analysis to understand circuits, power systems, and real-world electrical behavior.

My coursework has strengthened my ability to work across power and control topics, including “Power system (AC vs DC distributors),” “Microcontrollers (Arduino simulation & coding),” “IDMT settings,” and “transformer testing.” I enjoy turning concepts into measurable experiments, especially when it comes to safety, protection, and reliable electrical performance.

I also bring communication and teamwork skills developed through class representative experience and tutoring roles for Electronics 1, Technical Mathematics, and Technical Science. I’m comfortable preparing reports and presentations, collaborating with others, and managing my time to meet deadlines effectively.

I’m passionate about renewable energy, sustainable technologies, and innovative electrical solutions that support connectivity and development. I’m seeking opportunities where I can contribute, keep learning, and apply my engineering fundamentals to meaningful projects.
