I’m looking for a role where I can lead end-to-end IT delivery—deployment governance, cross-functional release management, and CRM/automation programs—with Agile rigor, stakeholder alignment, and measurable business outcomes.

I serve as an IT Project Manager (Deployment Manager) overseeing the release lifecycle for core forex modules on RDS, including DCI (Direct Currency Interface), CCI, FX Vanilla, and FX Islamic products. I plan multi-phase deployments (dev, SIT, UAT, pre-prod, production), coordinate cutover and rollback strategies, and manage interdependencies with downstream systems to protect data integrity and live trading/settlement operations.

Previously, as Sr. Project Manager at IZENO SDN BHD, I led enterprise end-to-end project lifecycles from initiation to closure, including presales activities (proposals, RFP/RFI responses, pricing models, bid defense) and delivery of CRM and automation programs. I delivered large-scale SugarCRM/Freshdesk/Mendix implementations and IBM RPA production rollouts, applied Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies, and improved sprint velocity by 20% while maintaining on-time, on-budget delivery and SLA adherence.
