I’m a results-driven Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) specialist with 8+ years of experience in accounts receivable, cash application, and US payment processing at UPS. I manage high-volume, high-dollar transactions across Citi Bank and Wells Fargo platforms (ACH, Wire, Check, and Lockbox) while consistently meeting accuracy targets and SLA benchmarks.

I lead end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, ensuring timely data collection, processing, and reporting. I identify and correct misapplied payments and reconcile differences between bank balances, general ledger, and sub-ledger accounts, reducing reconciliation backlogs and improving cash application accuracy.

I also perform internal audits and SOX compliance activities across multiple business units, with a strong focus on process controls, SLA management, and TAT adherence. Alongside collections support (aging analysis, bad-debt lists, dispute resolution, refunds), I drive process improvement, provide daily operational support, and mentor teams through training and updates. I’m additionally interested in AI essentials and prompt engineering to enhance how we work and communicate.
