I am an Order-to-Cash (O2C) Cash Application professional with over three years of hands-on experience managing SAP Accounts Receivable operations and high-volume customer payments. I focus on accurate payment allocation, lockbox processing, and timely resolution of unapplied or unidentified payments.

At WNS I managed end-to-end cash application activities, processing and reconciling 30+ customer payments daily, validating remittance advice from bank portals, and applying check and electronic transfers to invoices. I routinely handled partial, short, residual, and overpayments while supporting reconciliation across SAP records and bank remittance data.

I collaborate closely with collections and internal stakeholders to investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, improve payment clarification turnaround time, and maintain accurate customer account balances.
