At Align Technology, I’m the HR Business Partner and Country Lead for Talent Development, supporting the Technology & Commercial Centre. I work with senior leadership on HR strategy and developed people policies including the Immersion Program, Compassionate Leave, and Comp Off.
I played a pivotal role in the global “Global Recognition Platform-Align Uplift” project and acted as a Principal Architect & Advocate for the APAC region in creating and launching “Voyage Program,” Align’s approach to career development. I also steered India’s Employee Engagement Survey and Quarterly Pulse Survey initiatives and championed the introduction of Zendesk as India’s HR Ticketing System.
At Amazon, I partnered with the Amazon Fresh Operations Team in the West region and contributed to the launch and expansion of Amazon Fresh. My work included implementing associate tools and labor models, employee engagement initiatives, and a Diversity & Inclusion initiative. Earlier, at JSW Steel, I managed HR operations and developed a tech-enabled exit process management system.
