What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an entry-level IT role where I can troubleshoot hardware and software, support computer systems and networks, test software quality, and apply AI tools to improve coding, testing, and support workflows.

I've completed a BCA with research at Chandigarh University and am ready to begin my IT career immediately.

I use Java programming and AI-assisted workflows to support coding, problem-solving, testing, and day-to-day technical work. I'm particularly interested in identifying bugs, verifying functionality, and improving software quality before release.

I'm comfortable diagnosing PC hardware and software issues, supporting computer systems, networks, and software installations. I bring adaptability, clear communication in English, Hindi, and Bangla, and a collaborative approach to learning new tools.
