What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT support or computer operator role where I can maintain office systems, resolve technical issues, support users, monitor CCTV, and grow my troubleshooting and networking skills.

I'm a Computer Science & Engineering student focused on supporting office IT operations, maintaining computer systems, and monitoring CCTV systems.

At Insight BPO Ltd., I handled inbound and outbound calls with North American clients, resolved customer issues, maintained accurate records, and consistently met call quality and productivity targets in a KPI-driven environment.

I'm comfortable installing Windows and software, configuring internet and email, troubleshooting computer hardware, setting up printers and scanners, and supporting basic LAN networking. I'm willing to work rotational shifts, adapt to company requirements, and contribute independently or as part of a team.
