I currently prepare metal and vinyl components for windows and doors at Marvin Windows and Doors, including swing, sliding, and patio doors. I cut materials using hand, automatic, CNC, and plasma machines and prepare door hardware, locks, and sensors.
At Bank of America, I filed fraud and non-fraud claims, supported customers, and completed off-phone assignments using Microsoft software, Excel, spreadsheets, and back-claims processes.
I've led backroom, retail, and call-center teams at Walmart and ADG. My work included unloading and stocking, cash handling, agent supervision, training, coaching, audits, order confirmation, and inbound/outbound customer support.
