I am a dynamic Business Intelligence Analyst with over nine years of experience translating data into actionable marketing and customer-success strategies. I combine financial and compliance knowledge with creative presentation design to strengthen brand positioning and support investor decision-making.

Throughout my career I have built visually compelling pitch books, interactive graphics, and dashboards using PowerBI, Seismic, Aprimo and Microsoft Office, while ensuring regulatory and compliance alignment. I partner with legal and compliance teams and collaborate with global colleagues across Europe, Asia and the Americas to maintain consistent messaging and controls.

Previously I progressed through client-facing and branch leadership roles, including Assistant Branch Manager and teller/CSR positions, where I led audits, coached staff, and drove product sales and customer retention. I draw on more than twenty years of progressive financial, audit and operations experience to inform my BI work.
