I’m looking for a Client Success / Project Coordinator role in a marketing-focused team where I can manage multiple clients, run cross-functional timelines, and use campaign data to guide decisions—while continuously improving workflows and communication.

I’m a Project Coordinator focused on Client Success and Operations, managing multiple client accounts simultaneously while overseeing project timelines, deliverables, and communication from onboarding through execution. I lead cross-functional marketing initiatives end-to-end, from strategy alignment to final assets and client deliverables.

I coordinate priorities with stakeholders and internal teams through client meetings and clear project updates, ensuring alignment and on-schedule execution. I track campaign performance, prepare monthly reports, and present strategic reccomentations based on data and project outcomes, while improving internal workflows to streamline communication, task management, and project execution.

Previously, I managed editorial calendars and coordinated weekly content production across multiple digital platforms as a Marketing and Social Media Associate. I owned the production and distribution of a tri-monthly newsletter, supported event marketing by coordinating logistics and promotional communications, and used Notion and digital project management tools to organize tasks and maintain project visibility.

My earlier public relations experience strengthened my ability to operate in fast-paced environments with competing priorities. As a Public Relations Manager for a nonprofit, I grew social media following by 100% through content creation, curation, and digital fundraising campaigns, and I raised over $50K—exceeding the goal by $10K—for the organization’s 10th Anniversary Gala through key contributions to the team’s efforts.
