I’m looking for a leadership-support operations role where I can coordinate complex projects, manage budgets and timelines, and improve efficiency—while strengthening client and vendor relationships through dependable execution.

I’m an operations and project management professional who supports executive leadership while keeping day-to-day work running smoothly. I bring a hands-on, reliable approach to managing administrative functions, confidential priorities, and high-volume scheduling in fast-paced environments.

As Director of Operations/Principal Assistant, I manage operations for a luxury interior design firm while leading administrative functions that keep projects moving. I coordinate complex scheduling and travel arrangements, oversee procurement, and manage installation logistics across multiple residential design projects.

I also focus on operational improvement and execution quality: leading staff coordination and workload management, identifying process improvements, and maintaining accurate project records. I manage contracts, proposals, invoicing, and documentation, while monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables from start to finish.

Before that, I served as an Office Manager/Executive Assistant supporting architects and interior designers with project coordination, proposal preparation, site visit documentation, and client communications. Earlier, I managed daily operations for a satellite office, supported executive leadership with accounting-related tasks, helped launch three office locations, and led marketing efforts including social media, campaigns, and trade show coordination.
