I coordinate Beneficiary Travel and Special Mode Transportation at Alexandria VAMC, working with clinical staff, Community Care providers, and transportation partners to support Veterans’ transportation needs. I determine eligibility for government-sponsored travel, manage mileage reimbursement fund control points, and help ensure programs comply with federal regulations and local policy.
Previously, I maintained sterile and non-sterile medical supply inventory across hospital facilities at Alexandria VAMC and delivered supplies in operational condition. My earlier work included food service at Alexandria VAMC and mail and package delivery for the United States Postal Service.
