What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-focused clinical role where I can apply my CMA certification, bilingual communication, EHR and authorization expertise, and diagnostic skills to improve care within a collaborative team and grow into care coordination or telehealth leadership.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Community Health with a concentration in Clinical Science from George Mason University in May 2023 and bring a patient-centered approach paired with bilingual communication in English and Spanish.

As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant II in family medicine at Inova, I maintain accurate electronic medical records, ensure HIPAA compliance, and assist providers during exams and procedures. I perform diagnostic testing and administer medications and immunizations per clinical protocols.

Previously at Pediatric Specialists of Virginia, I prepared 40+ pediatric patients daily, administered routine immunizations, and managed electronic fax systems to integrate lab results and referrals into EHRs. I provided clear, empathetic education to families to support medication adherence and post-procedure care.

I hold CMA (NHA) and BLS/AHA certifications and am proficient with Epic EHR, authorization platforms, and standard diagnostic testing. I focus on streamlining workflows, resolving authorization issues, and growing into expanded care coordination or telehealth support roles.
