I am looking for a role that allows me to leverage my crisis intervention skills while fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.

I am a passionate Behavioral Health, Peer Support, and Crisis Specialist with extensive experience in providing compassionate care and crisis intervention. My journey in this field has been driven by a commitment to inspire hope and promote recovery among individuals facing mental health challenges. I have honed my skills in motivational interviewing, cultural competence, and community engagement, which have enabled me to effectively support diverse populations.

Throughout my career, I have successfully led teams and managed crisis situations, ensuring that individuals receive the necessary support and resources. My role as a Contact Center Team Lead at Solari Inc. has allowed me to coordinate care and resolve crises efficiently while maintaining a focus on documentation and compliance with industry standards. I take pride in my ability to mentor new specialists and foster a positive work environment that aligns with organizational values.

With a background in peer support and crisis management, I have developed recovery plans tailored to individual needs and have actively engaged in quality assurance measures. I am currently pursuing a BA in Psychology, which further enhances my understanding of mental health and recovery processes. I am eager to continue making a difference in the lives of those I serve.
