Owned and maintained the 11-rig Permian Basin development schedule from concept through first production with zero downtime, coordinating across multiple disciplines. Implemented executable long-term development plans and translated operational risks and constraints to the Budget & Planning team.

Served as the primary technical link between geology, drilling, completions, and land teams, translating subsurface data into actionable field development plans. Conducted economic evaluations, capital expense reviews, and lookback analyses to inform development decisions.

Owned day-to-day production optimization across multiple operated routes, using well surveillance and production testing to identify underperforming wells and prioritize interventions. Directed workovers, artificial lift optimization, and chemical treatment programs to maximize uptime and well performance.

Led design, construction, and startup of new-build and expansion facilities end-to-end, including sizing and specifying separators, sourcing equipment and compression, and developing cost estimates and AFEs. Standardized facility design and construction processes across projects, reducing cost and cycle time.

Rotated through production optimization, reservoir/capital planning, and field measurement roles across the Piceance, TMS, and Permian basins, building broad technical fluency across the full well lifecycle.

Designed a 30-year, 4,000+ well, $3.64B joint-venture development program, minimizing upfront capital while maximizing well volume and pressure. Standardized facility design and construction using modular, skidded designs to reduce cost and cycle time.
