At Kraken Oil & Gas, I monitor approximately $265M in annual production spending across lease operating expenses and well workovers. I prepare monthly financial packages and variance explanations for executive leadership, working with accounting, production engineering, and reservoir teams on Bakken operations.

I led the end-to-end implementation of Emburse for field employee credit card expenses, from vendor selection and setup through rollout and training. I also redesigned the production spending review process so engineers and field foremen investigate variances together and develop recommendations, while I retain responsibility for the financial analysis.

At AT&T, I managed marketing budgets of $6M and $20M+ and held roles across marketing communications, budget coordination, and frontline operations. I supervised union teams, contributed to the U-verse launch and training, and managed marketing work from brief through finished campaign.
