I’m a Scrum Master and project management professional with 15+ years of experience architecting value through Agile and Waterfall delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership. In my current role, I collaborate on Spanish medical commercial campaign documentation, managing the end-to-end content lifecycle in Veeva Vault PromoMats—from upload and metadata tagging to approval workflows. I author, review, and localize content in Spanish while ensuring MLR compliance and alignment to brand strategy and global pharmaceutical standards, including quality checks that validate accuracy and consistency.

Previously, I led service delivery and subcontract management work as a Project Lead at Accenture, analyzing and documenting business processes to drive process optimization. I also led bilingual (Spanish–English) user documentation for procurement platforms at Global ePROCURE, partnering with development and QA to support releases, UAT alignment, and documentation updates; earlier, I managed Accounts Payable operations using SAP R/3 at Philips Shared Service Centre, improving invoice processing cycles while maintaining compliance with financial controls and SLAs.
