At BlackBuck, I provide application-level incident support and manage order and finance operations for an integrated logistics platform. I troubleshoot API request/response cycles and backend logs, identifying HTTP status mismatches and server configuration errors before escalation.
I own tele, marketplace, and GPS-device order workflows, including cancellations, refunds, vendor GST invoices, and monthly billing reconciliation. I also coordinate with engineering teams on escalations and root cause analysis while supporting activation workflows and readiness audits.
