What I'm looking for

I'm eager to contribute to a dynamic hospitality organization, helping create exceptional, responsible guest experiences while growing with the brand.

At Hikal Guest House and Restaurent, I oversee booking systems, reservations, and confirmations. I handle guest inquiries and feedback, and supervise operations staff and tour coordinators.

As Tour Organiser at NORTH TRAVEL GUIDE PAKISTAN, I made itineraries and coordinated guided tours, including transportation, accommodation, and activities. I also managed tour budgets and schedules, and developed a project assessing an eco-friendly camp village, including options for solar power and rainwater harvesting.
