At Abu Dhabi Palace, I coordinate administrative and facility operations across guest villas, residential blocks and palace grounds. I oversee kitchen and mess operations, coordinating menus, meal service and vendor deliveries.
I also monitor food quality, hygiene and cleanliness, coordinate kitchen and mess personnel, and prepare routine and inspection reports. I coordinate emergency response calls, safety inspections and fire-prevention protocols with relevant service groups.
At Army Housing, I supervised security operations teams of up to 390 personnel and managed operational budgets. I also oversaw CCTV surveillance, access control and departmental IT/security systems.
Earlier, I handled editorial and digital publishing operations at Karachi Updates, including news writing, website publishing and content for YouTube and Facebook. My other experience includes travel reservations and ticketing, customer service, and CCTV and site-security operations.
