I’m looking for a role in higher education where I can support research and student success through organized administrative operations, accurate documentation, and seamless meeting and event logistics. I value collaboration, clear priorities, and continuous operational improvement.

I’m a highly organized, detail-oriented professional with extensive experience in administrative and academic support within research and higher education environments. I’m known for exceptional communication, effective multitasking, and coordinating seamlessly across departments to keep initiatives moving smoothly.

In my current work as an Administrator, I organized high-level meetings for leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and managing all logistical arrangements, including room bookings, virtual setups, and catering. I drafted agendas with leadership input, recorded accurate meeting minutes, maintained centralized filing systems, and handled complex calendars and scheduling conflicts.
