I am a motivated, community-minded policy analyst with nearly two years' experience in public sector reform, workforce planning, and sector-wide coordination. I research and analyse public administration and HR policies, draft reports with evidence-based recommendations, and support cross-agency project coordination and governance reform implementation.
I have supported outreach and mentorship programs for Pacific and Indigenous students and hold academic credentials in politics, international studies, and monitoring, evaluation and learning.
