I am a seasoned IT professional with over 4 years of experience in various roles, including Software Developer, Test Engineer, Test Manager, Scrum Master, Delivery Lead, and Head of QA & Release Management. My journey has equipped me with strong leadership skills, allowing me to effectively lead and coach teams of engineers while fostering relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Currently, I serve as the Head of QA & Release Management at SIX Digital Exchange AG, where I spearhead the implementation of Generative AI across the organization.
