I've supported customers across retail, hospitality, and telemarketing roles, including at Alphen Constantia KwikSPAR, Platinum Hospitality Group, Foschini Group, Shoprite, and Daymon.

At Alphen Constantia KwikSPAR, I handled cash register operations, goods receiving, merchandising, labels, and stock taking. I also bring experience processing customer payments, supporting cash office operations, and resolving customer enquiries calmly.

I'm motivated by helping people and creating positive customer experiences through communication, patience, respect, and professionalism. I’m eager to learn new systems, contribute reliably to a team, and grow in a customer-related role.
