What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a remote, international environment where I can own accounts and operations work—expense and invoice processing, payroll/timesheets, and route monitoring—while collaborating with clients and suppliers and ensuring accurate, timely financial workflows.

I’m a detail-oriented Accounts and Operations Coordinator with experience providing remote financial and operational support to a UK-based delivery company. I manage daily company expenses (including fuel costs), verify driver clock-in/clock-out records, and support accurate working hours and payroll preparation.

I strengthen weekly workflows by reviewing supplier invoices, preparing weekly client invoices, monitoring routes and operational performance, and maintaining financial records and reporting in QuickBooks. I pride myself on communication, organization, problem-solving, and the ability to work independently in an international remote environment while keeping confidentiality and accuracy at the center.
