I run Customer Tech Panda in Oldenburg, providing smartphone repairs and technical services for private and business customers. I diagnose and coordinate repair orders, manage technical enquiries, and work with suppliers and service partners.

As an official partner for 1&1, O2, freenet, and yourfone, I advise customers on mobile and DSL contracts. I also create offers, invoices, and cost estimates while overseeing inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and internal process improvements.

Previously, I led Dr. Phone locations in Oldenburg, taking operational responsibility for a second branch after one year. I conducted interviews, onboarded and trained employees, created schedules, managed sales targets, and supported customers and team members through day-to-day challenges.

My background combines customer service, technical troubleshooting, retail operations, team leadership, and business informatics studies.
