I'm seeking an opportunity to apply my technical support, troubleshooting, inventory management, and problem-solving skills while continuously learning and contributing to an organization's growth.

At Pratham IT, I provided technical support for hardware and software issues and helped users troubleshoot system problems.

I installed and configured computer systems and software, maintained support records, and worked with inventory and department management software. I collaborated with team members to keep IT operations running smoothly.

I've also designed and developed a responsive school website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, creating pages for admissions, academics, gallery, and contact information.

I create clean, professional promotional designs including logos, banners, brochures, business cards, and social media posts. I'm motivated to keep learning while contributing practical technical support and problem-solving skills.
