I'm looking for an IT role where I can provide technical support, manage systems and data, strengthen security, and continue building practical troubleshooting skills.

I've supported Bhaktapur Chanakya College of Management by organizing digital records, maintaining network infrastructure, backing up data, and resolving hardware and software issues across departments.

In my current on-call IT support role at Bhaktapur Equip and Build Nepal, I troubleshoot network and system issues, maintain office hardware and software, improve system security, and guide staff on technology best practices. I'm recognized for reliable, quick, efficient problem-solving under pressure.

I also provide weekly multimedia technical support at AGC Church, managing sound systems and creating photo and video content. My IT degree project was a functional e-commerce website with authentication, product listings, shopping cart functionality, order processing, and basic payment integration.
