What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging environment where I can lead QA automation, collaborate with Product and cross-functional teams, and keep learning. I want ownership of test strategy, reliable releases, and clear alignment on quality goals and timelines.

I’m a Professional Quality Analyst with more than 9 years of experience in software testing, with deep hands-on involvement in both manual and automation test cases. I work across cross-functional teams to design, maintain, and execute test coverage that aligns with product expectations.

I’ve improvised defect reporting to provide visibility like defect density to higher management, and I guide testers to ensure SLA for reopened defects stays aligned to the project timeline. I actively support stakeholders with testing artifacts and documentation, including Requirement traceability matrix (RTM), test case design, preparation, execution, and demos to Product Owner and business teams.

In my current work at TATA CONSULTANCY SERVICES LIMITED, I hold the “QA Automation Lead, Release Manager” role—responsible for Scrum QE sprint testing activities, requirements gathering with Product Owners and business system analysts, and Agile ceremonies. I also run API automation testing using SmartBear ReadyAPI, support production deployments with checklist compliance, and help onsite developers reproduce and resolve higher-environment issues quickly.

Across projects, I’ve led and mentored junior team members while strengthening automation from end-to-end and integration perspectives. My technical toolkit includes Selenium, Cucumber, TestNG, Postman, Rest Assured, and ReadyAPI, along with Azure platforms and CI/CD with Jenkins—always with the goal of continuous learning, improved quality, and dependable releases.
