At Tech Mahindra, I coordinate QA across the software delivery lifecycle, aligning test strategy, release readiness, and production validation with distributed teams.

I develop Robot Framework tests with Python and PyTest, including end-to-end checks that compare backend database records with values shown in the UI. I also use Microsoft Copilot to maintain automation suites and support test design.

For Tech Mahindra’s multilingual Secret Word initiative, I led QA planning, test development, and execution for the customer platform.

Earlier, I implemented Selenium automation at Softtek and Accenture, using Java, Cucumber, and Gherkin. My testing experience includes financial-sector applications, REST APIs, and performance validation.
