I built SimClub.in from 0→1 for Sim Racing India: a membership, booking, and telemetry platform with Google sign-in, tiered memberships, live challenges, CRM, and analytics. The reservation system has generated 500+ bookings and ₹300,000+ in captured revenue, while a promo-code feature drove 80 bookings in two weeks.
At Flipkart, I built a zero-cost lost-shipment tracking system that handled 50,000+ escalations across 150,000+ shipments and 20,000+ bags. I also defined a prioritization standard used across 4,000+ hubs and automated RCA reporting to reduce breach-accounting cycle time by 87%.
