I’m looking to lead delivery governance and operating-model transformations where metric-driven decision-making matters, governance standards can scale across multi-team portfolios, and I can partner with Director/C-level stakeholders to improve throughput, predictability, and performance.

I’m a delivery and transformation leader with 9+ years in managerial roles across Financial Services and Life Sciences, specialising in IT governance, operating-model design, and delivery performance management. I design and run governance frameworks and performance-management systems across multi-team portfolios, establishing standards and driving adoption without direct line authority.

I’ve owned engagement financial governance (~$1M, ~35 FTE) and built performance-assessment/benchmarking frameworks that enable objective leadership reporting.
