Artsiom Bazuyeu

I manage sales, service, logistics, and customer experience across hospitality and self-employment in Barcelona. As an Autónomo, I run a shisha catering operation and a network of Pokémon card vending machines, handling bookings, sourcing, placement, stock, suppliers, and customer communication end-to-end.

At La Rose 432, I was promoted from Shisha Master to Bar Manager within four months. I manage staff scheduling, training, supplier relationships, inventory, costs, CRM and POS data, while contributing to a 10% increase in sales and customer satisfaction through service and operational improvements.

I also oversaw the venue website project from brief to launch and maintained its Instagram presence to engage customers.

Earlier, I led multilingual hiking, boat, car, and sightseeing tours in Northern Norway, managing guest safety and logistics for international groups. I work comfortably across English, Russian, and Spanish-speaking customer bases and adapt quickly to new environments.
