I’m looking to partner with founders and hiring managers on headcount planning, role definition, and interview design—using structured recruitment operations and AI-assisted workflows to scale consistent hiring processes.

I’m a Senior Technical Recruiter / Talent Partner who’s spent 7 years building recruitment processes in fast-growing SaaS startups, especially across healthcare, compliance, and automation-focused products.

At Automated Health, I support recruitment across multiple SaaS businesses (Credentially, Salve, Naq), owning full-cycle hiring for Technical, Product, Data, AI, DevOps, GTM, commercial, and leadership roles across distributed UK, EU, and US teams.

I previously joined Credentially as the first HR and recruitment hire, built its first structured hiring process, and helped reduce time-to-hire from 6–8 weeks to 2–4 weeks by introducing structured intake, interview flow, and parallel process management.
