Supervised and coordinated ramp operations to ensure safe, timely, and efficient aircraft turnaround. Acted as liaison between ramp team, flight crew, and other airport departments, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.

Performed all Air Terminal Operations Center functions including information control, ramp control, capability forecasting, load planning, and data records. Prepared and maintained load plans, weight and balance records, and cargo manifests, and utilized GATES and ICODES for in-transit visibility and load planning.

Responsible for all ramp activities during shift, planning and coordinating ramp handling with staff. Supervised, inspected, and coordinated duties of working groups, ensuring reports and log books were completed and new procedures were disseminated.

Coordinated aircraft handling in a safe and proper way according to ramp operations and airline procedures. Responsible for signing the Load Instruction Reporting Form (LIRF) after loading procedures were completed and figures double-checked.

Observed and maintained security at access gates, perimeter, and flight line, ensuring only authorized personnel accessed critical areas. Patrolled and monitored security fence functionality and reported issues to the technician team.
