What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a Junior IT Specialist role, remote or on-site, where I can support end users, troubleshoot systems, manage access and data, and continue building practical IT and DevOps skills.

At Bahria College Karsaz, I serve as the primary technical contact for the School Bridge System, supporting staff and students with hardware, software, and access issues. I administer 1,000+ user accounts, maintain data integrity, perform backups and migrations, and document IT processes for internal reference and audits.

I also teach Cambridge O Level Computer Science and have built projects including a PHP/MySQL school management system, a WordPress WooCommerce site, and a Python CNN sentiment analysis tool. I’m pursuing Junior IT Specialist opportunities where I can combine end-user support, systems administration, data management, and clear technical communication.
