At Accenture, I’m leading two billing module projects for Epic EHR. Previously, at DeloitteConsultingLLP, I supported and optimized Epic Professional Billing, analyzing workflows, configuring system settings, and supporting upgrades and end-user training.
At DeloitteConsultingLLP, I also worked on Cerner Soarian/Oracle Health implementations, developing clinical tools and extracting data with SQL. My root cause analyses reduced effort by about 30%, and I collaborated with client SMEs on clinical workflows and revenue cycle management.
