Auto lighting and parts business with its own brand, EALights. Ran operations of a 25-person company with 2 stores and 3 warehouses: processes and KPIs, warehouse and logistics, financial control where no management accounting existed, work rules, hiring and leadership.

Managed 7+ branding and creative projects from brief to delivery; recruited designers and marketers; simplified internal workflows. Raised the average price of services by 20% so the agency could pay its specialists better. Left when COVID-19 cut client orders.

EdTech company (SMART Board, Lumio). Hired as a CRM specialist; found that the real gaps were in sales, marketing and org structure, and proposed a new structure. Supported the CEO across the business: initiated negotiations, recruited new specialists and ran cross-functional assignments.

Built a community of 290+ members that combined learning Italian with practicing English: meetings with native speakers, cooking competitions, board games, movie nights and out-of-town trips.
