What I'm looking for

I'm looking for an IT infrastructure or systems engineering role where I can lead teams, strengthen global network reliability and security, and deliver practical technology improvements across multi-site operations.

I'm leading global network and IT operations at Afiniti, managing 1,200+ multi-platform nodes across offices in the US, UK, Turkey, Bermuda, and other locations.

I manage a team of 10, maintain Active Directory, administer endpoint security and patching, and support Microsoft 365, VDI, Cisco IP phones, PABX, and network infrastructure. I also manage global asset inventories using SolarWinds, Workspace ONE UEM, and JAMF.

Previously, I supported enterprise users and production teams at Axact, IBEX Global, and Cantonment Board Clifton, resolving hardware, software, ERP, LAN/WAN, connectivity, and help-desk issues while improving system uptime.
