What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Product Manager who owns end-to-end product outcomes, from problem discovery and MVP definition to GTM launch and iteration. At JioHotstar, I’ve led creator-led short content categories and scaled adoption through cross-functional execution and relentless experimentation.
On the New Content Initiatives team, I was Product Owner of the Sparks & MicroContent, piloting an industry-first MicroContent discovery experience. I conceptualized a vertical, mobile-first offering to boost MAU/AAU by 40pp and improved user retention by 4pp using data-driven content curation and creator-led strategy.
I also co-owned the Search Charter, identifying high-bounce search queries and improving Search Landing Page UX to increase search-to-conversion rates by 2pp. I applied Impression Discounting and Cohort Level Personalization to reduce repetition and enhance discoverability.
Previously, I led product development for A/B experimentation foundations—achieving 100% experimentation coverage by integrating an A/B service across pods and cutting avg. experiment duration from 40+ to 15 days. I’ve continued delivering impact as a Product Manager across Paytm (CRM implementation, affiliate dashboard transformation) and as a Techno Functional Consultant and Business Technology Analyst.
