I’m an enterprise AI leader with 15+ years across consulting, product strategy, P&L ownership, and AI transformation—turning emerging technology into commercial reality. At CGI, I built and scaled a $20M AI business from scratch, led enterprise AI strategy for global banking clients, and shaped the commercial, product, and operating model thinking that moved AI from pilot to scale.

Previously, I led GenAI commercialisation and revitalised legacy IP to unlock $50M+ in upsell, designed healthcare AI workflows with 4X productivity impact, and built a sales enablement AI platform for 1,000+ account managers to improve deal pursuit rates by 8%.

Leads client-facing AI strategy and consulting for Financial Services clients across APAC, shaping AI-led transformation opportunities. Provides advisory on AI-native operating models, token economics for GenAI deployments, and opportunity shaping for enterprise pursuits.
Built and scaled CGI’s AI business from concept to commercial operation, owning a $20M AI P&L and leading a 100+ person global team. Delivered AI consulting growth, GenAI commercialization, healthcare AI transformation, and an AI-native sales enablement platform.
Led product strategy, IP commercialisation, and business development across CGI’s global IP portfolio. Managed portfolio strategy and go-to-market planning, supported sustainability business development in APAC, and expanded offshore partnerships for delivery scalability.
Partnered with business unit leadership on long-term planning, investment decisions, and operational priorities for CGI’s APAC solutions delivery centre. Served as Chief of Staff and led cost reallocation initiatives to drive revenue and margin improvements.
Developed custom in-store retail applications for a UK retailer. Worked on software engineering deliverables supporting in-store retail application requirements.
Drove adoption of an in-house ERP assessment platform as a business development differentiator for large deals. Delivered IT consulting across target operating models and IT strategy, including an IT consolidation strategy for a global mining company.
